Jason Biggs may be best known for his indelible performance as Jim in the blockbuster teen comedy AMERICAN PIE, but this versatile actor has been performing for stage, screen, and television since he was five years old.

A New Jersey native, Biggs appeared with Judd Hirsch on Broadway at the age of thirteen in CONVERSATIONS WITH MY FATHER. As young Joey, Biggs gave what the New York Times called an “exceptional performance.” Biggs also starred as Benjamin Braddock in the hit 2002 Broadway version of “THE GRADUATE” with Kathleen Turner and Alicia Silverstone.

As a screen actor, Biggs’ wide-ranging resume includes starring and supporting roles in an eclectic assortment of independent and Hollywood films. “I love to audition,” he once told the New York Times. “especially for things they don’t think I’m right for.”

Biggs brings a winning mix of vulnerability and understated intelligence to his role as disillusioned journalist Phil Campbell in GRASSROOTS. As the engineer of Grant Cogswell’s hilarious, unlikely campaign for Seattle City Council, Phil discovers talents he never knew he had.

Biggs’ credits include AMERICAN PIE, AMERICAN PIE 2, AMERICAN WEDDING, JERSEY GIRL, LOSER, ANYTHING ELSE, PROZAC NATION, MY BEST FRIEND’S GIRL.
